Polycrystalline Diamond Micropowder
Product characteristics: Polycrystalline diamond micropowder is made from graphite by a unique directional blasting method, which transforms graphite into diamond similar to natural carbonado structure. Due to the extremely short synthesis time, the actual powder particle size is distributed from 0.1 micron to 8 micron.
In the processing of some special materials, the characteristics of polycrystalline diamond will not cause deep scratches on the workpiece, and at the same time, after receiving a certain pressure, the microcrystalline grains on the diamond surface will be continuously peeled off to form a new cutting edge. It is characterized by the rapid grinding and polishing of some high hardness special materials. Experiments show that the removal rate of polycrystalline diamond on some high-hardness special materials is 2-4 times that of ordinary diamond products, and it will not cause scratches.
